Frank S. Cservenyak, Jr. is a founding partner and has been in the general practice of law for over 25 years. Mr. Cservenyak concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, civil litigation, employment law, criminal and commercial litigation.
A native of Chicago, Frank attended Brother Rice High School before earning his Bachelor of Arts degree from Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, Illinois and his Juris Doctor from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.
Cservenyak is one of Chicago’s premier personal injury attorneys, having collected millions of dollars in damages from auto accident, product liability and wrongful death cases. He is a member of the Illinois State and American Bar Associations, American Trial Lawyers Association and Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. He practices in Will, Grundy, DuPage, Cook, Kane and Kendall Counties in Northern Illinois.
Frank is a proud supporter of private league and school athletic programs throughout the area, and can often be seen in the stands, cheering for the home team.
